To whome it may concern

I would like to log my objection to this bill. 

Given that the Welsh government has had to change its finance plan mid way through the year and the NHS and social care sector is in absolute crisis, looking to spend money to achieve this bill is an absolute waste of finances and is not in line with what the people of Wales want or need 

The Welsh Government needs to stop with these ridiculous projects which waste money at a time when the people of Wales are on their knees. 

We want our government to represent the things that are important to us. The plans for this bill do not do this at all.
